Jack V. Brooks
Estate Planning Attorney
After over 21 years of service in the United States Air Force, as both enlisted and as an officer, I retired at the rank of Major. My personal and professional goals have always been to serve my Country and my fellow Americans.
Prior to joining the Air Force, I grew up in Kansas, and am a graduate of the University of Kansas for both undergraduate studies (2002) and Law School (2005). I am proud to say that my Midwestern values have helped shape me into who I am today and were a large part of the reason I chose to serve in the military.
After retiring from the Air Force, I opened my solo practice law firm and concentrated my practice exclusively on estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate. It was there that I honed my skills as an estate planning attorney, but something was missing as a solo practitioner. I had grown accustomed to serving with a team of highly skilled professionals with a common goal in mind. While successful on my own, I decided to take my current position with Pennington Law, because like my practice, it was also born out of teamwork and the Air Force’s core values: INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and EXCELLENCE.
When I am not practicing law, I am devoted to my beautiful wife, Jen, and to our two sons and daughter, and our three dogs and one cat. I enjoy watching sports (Go Jayhawks!), hiking, mountain biking, and spending quality time with family and friends. My family and I have lived in Surprise and Waddell since 2010.
