Since the start of the Probate of my mother's estate, Karrie Rubke, Para-Legal for Pennington Law Offices, has proven herself to be indispensable, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Karrie answers my questions and concerns in a timely manner, if she does not know the answer, she asks one of the attorneys and gets me an answer as quickly as possible. Great people - but astronomical rates. A $4k retainer plus $400/hr billing is not feasible for an average wage-earner father who desperately needs help with a family law case. This firm is for the rich, not for the working class. Although the attorneys are great at what they do, people who work hard but have very little will not find any assistance here. As a fellow veteran, I am disappointed that there are no options for those of us who don-t make 6-figure incomes.

I had a question about whether it would be cost-effective to probate a low-value lot belonging to my parents. I contacted several lawyers in the area, and none were willing or able to answer my question without first becoming a client, except Mr. Andre Pennington. He was very responsive, gave his time generously to answer my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Excellent service, and if we do end up probating the property, we'll definitely go with him!

Andre helped us through a Trust restatement on a very tight schedule -- we had to assemble family members from three states during the pandemic. We had a 48-hour window to accomplish the signing of documents and in-person submission to our bank. Andre made it all happen smoothly and safely.

Very low pressure, and provided us with in home document signing and he also had no problem giving us additional verifications requested by out title company. That’s what I call service. While my husband was serving our country in Afghanistan, thieves broke into our storage units and vandalized it. The management failed to take responsibility for their lack of security which was promised and promoted, they also refused to pay out for the insurance we purchased on or units so we looked into attorneys and found Mr. Pennington who handled everything for us and got the storage company to pay out what they owed us in an expeditious manner. Mr. Pennington was very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. Not once did we feel overwhelmed or lost. I would definitely be telling my friends who are need of an ottorney about Mr. Pennington.

If not, we would then go the formal route. He succeeded, as he said was possible, with the informal. The quick turnaround time amazed me (less than 4 weeks). After the sudden death of my husband I needed a probate lawyer to help me refinance my home. We thought we had taken all the right steps to insure all the necessary steps were taken so we wouldn't run into any problems. Boy was I wrong. Seems the verbiage was written wrong in our Wills. I was so stressed out from losing my husband, and trying to get this refinancing done in the time frame I was given I needed help.
