Arizona’s Children Coalition
Andre Pennington isn’t just the founder of Pennington Law — he also created the Arizona’s Children Coalition. This organization raises money to allow our area’s vulnerable youth a chance for athletic success.
“Sports have impacted all the directors in different ways,” Andre explains. “We thought that was a positive force for kids who are at risk. So we sponsor them for any sports activity, from equine all the way to traditional football, basketball, and martial arts. We raise money, kids who qualify apply, and we take care of it.”
Sponsorships and Donations to Local Sports Teams
Before Andre decided to join the U.S. Air Force, he played high school and college basketball. Being an athlete gave him a purpose during his formative years, so Andre keeps the ball rolling (so to speak) by offering the same kinds of opportunities to West Valley Arizona youth.
It doesn’t matter whether they’re doing it for fun or are superstar athletes in the making; Andre and his law office team are there to be their boosters. The firm’s help includes:
- Sponsoring the American Leadership Academy West Foothills basketball team and providing equipment and shoes
- Creating junior college scholarships, so students can get a second chance if they weren’t able to fulfill their sports hopes and potential in high school
- Sponsoring ProVision Sports, to provide shoes and uniforms for all kid players
- Donating to the Millennium High School (Goodyear) varsity boys’ volleyball team
- Sponsoring the Willow Canyon girls’ basketball team, to help its athletes (including the daughter of Jennifer Martinez, a certified legal document preparer at Pennington Law)
- Sponsoring and donating to Epic Club Softball Team
Also, as a coach at De Boa Jiu Jitsu Academy in Surprise, Andre — a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — especially loves his work with the De Boa Discovery Team. In his role, he helps his students understand how they can make a difference to others via volunteering.

We are proud to volunteer for AZ Heroes for Hire. This is a platform for veteran business owners and retired service members (police officers, EMTs, nurses, firefighters, military personnel) to offer help to those who need it.
Our law firm is a strong part of the Sun City West Alliance of Business and Community. This group of business owners is working to create “greater community awareness through cooperative opportunities.”
We donated an estate plan and financial needs analysis service package to a raffle as part of an Arizona Group Home Coalition-sponsored running event.
